Iran Shuts Down Internet amid Continuous Protests

Iran decided to put a complete halt on Internet access in the country after the protests kept escalating which originally started after hike in fuel prices. Iran reportedly increased the fuel prices by 50% amid the economy slowdown and its struggle because of US sanctions. Also, Iran has been experiencing major cyber terrorism and hacking. As of now, a very minute fraction of Iran users are able to access Internet which obviously includes their government.
